How much wood will the oven use?
This depends upon the size of oven and to what extent the oven is being used. However, on average the Professional 140 will burn £7-15 worth of wood during an 8-hour shift. Remember, when properly installed these ovens retain heat extremely well, which means you will need very little wood at lower temperatures or in the last hour of cooking.
