Blood orange mimosa

Ingredients

  • 60ml fresh (or from a carton) blood orange juice, chilled
  • Prosecco, chilled
  • Twist of blood-orange zest

How to mix

Recipe by Andy Harris

Place blood orange juice in a small tumbler. Top up with chilled Prosecco, add a twist of blood-orange zest and serve.
