  • 25ml Dewar's white label whisky
  • Lemon peel
  • Angostura bitters
  • Ginger ale

How to mix

Pour the whisky over cracked ice in a tumbler. Add a spiral of lemon peel, dash of bitters and top up with ginger ale to serve.
