The ultimate comfort food
Nothing shouts simplicity in quite the same way as the classic Spaghetti carbonara. Although this Roman favourite is relatively modern in comparison to other Italian dishes, the carbonara has become a staple in many kitchens around the world.
There are many variations of the original – including ours with sweet leeks and lemon zest – but we’ll never steer away from the traditional sauce, which is simply made with egg, Parmesan and pasta water for a real indulgent treat. Nothing else.
