The Ministry of Food in Bradford had a really busy evening last night with 31 young farmers visiting the centre. All the farmers were from The Worth Valley Farmers Club which is based in Cullingworth near Bradford. They all had a great evening cooking burgers and beef stir-fry.
Their aim is to pass on the recipe at the Annual Bronte Vintage Gathering (hyperlink) http://www.bronte-vintage-gathering.co.uk/ which they organise each year in Cullingworth.
