What we ate: Corn cakes with spinach, poached eggs and Sriracha hollandaise and crunchy French toast (banana and blueberry, cinnamon, brown butter maple syrup).

What we ate: Ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter, courgette fritters with halloumi, siyez, shredded kale salad and zhoug and scrambled eggs on sourdough toast with sides of grilled Wiltshire bacon, roast tomato, miso mushrooms, avocado and chorizo.

What we ate: Vegetarian eggs (two eggs, pan-fried halloumi, avocado, Portobello mushroom and slow-roasted tomato on sourdough toast) and a waffle with maple-glazed bacon, poached eggs and avocado.

What we ate: Sugar-cured new Caledonian prawn omelette, green chilli, spring onion, coriander and smoked chilli sambal with toast and smoked streaky bacon with two poached eggs, English muffin, hollandaise, hazelnut and macadamia dukkah.

What we ate: Shakshuka served with labneh and grilled foccacia and a side of maple-glazed streaky bacon.

What we ate: Grilled chorizo with sweet potato and miso hash, soft boiled egg, garlic labne and star anise and cashew nut praline and Turkish eggs – two eggs poached on whipped yoghurt with hot chilli butter and sourdough toast.
