Sometimes the simple things in life are the best, like these naughty toasty cheesy Bolognese buns.

500g A better Bolognese
4 crusty bread buns
2 cloves of garlic
4 sprigs of thyme
olive oil
100g Camembert cheese
To cook the buns in an air fryer, prep as directed above, stripping the thyme leaves into the garlic-rubbed buns before you add the cheese. Place the buns, soft middles and garlic in an air fryer at 180°C in a single layer, in batches if needed. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook for 4 minutes, then load with Bolognese.
