First make the base by adding the flour to the butter. In the end add the yellow part of the egg. But the dough in to a fridge for ten minutes. Preheat the oven to 200. Oil a pie tin and press the dough to the tin. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. While the base is in the oven, make the filling. Mix the eggs and milk, add a good handful of grated cheese, crushed feta, chopped tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Put the filling to the baked pie base, add on top the roasted pine nut and some parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes in 225C. Edit: for some reason I cant add any photos as I forgot to do it while posting this..oh well..
