Cooked diced beef rib in a bourguignon style red wine sauce with mushrooms, silverskin onions and diced smoked bacon.

Perfect served with fluffy mash, baby spinach and fresh parsley to finish.

Keep frozen at -18° or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
