To celebrate Chinese New Year we asked The Dumpling Sisters to show us how to make this drink from their childhood - their Iced chrysanthemum tea (菊花冰茶). It's a refreshing combination of dried chrysanthemum flowers, goji berries and lump sugar, made with boiling water and then cooled right down and served over ice.
