Why can't I sign up to JUM?

Unfortunately, JUM is no longer available to new customers as we have made the difficult decision to close the service down.

We launched JUM at the start of the year, and whilst it has been really exciting to see so many customers interact with the service and give us invaluable feedback, we believe that we can offer a better all-round experience for our global audience by focusing on recipes and video content for JamieOliver.com.

We will move the brilliant video content and recipes created for JUM over to JamieOliver.com, so you can continue to enjoy them there for free.

What happens to my existing subscription?

Subscribers will not be billed from the start of June and monthly payments will automatically be cancelled. The service will remain accessible to existing subscribers until 29 June, after which date it will close down.

Will I still be able to access the content?

After 29 June you won't be able to access any content in the JUM app, but we will be making it all available on JamieOliver.com where you can continue to access it for free.

Can I get a refund?

As stated in our terms & conditions, we do not provide refunds for JUM.
