Fishfinger sandwiches are awesome with redcurrant jelly instead of ketchup. Sounds wierd but it works really well.
It's roquette (French) or arugula (English), not rocket (NASA).
I love Fish Finger Sandwiches (must be toasted).
Three grilled Fish Fingers per Sandwich.
Two Slices of hot buttered toast.
Ketchup on one slice & Mayo on the other.
Three Fingers slightly crushed on toast fits just right.
Black pepper.
Eat up , very yummy.
The entire family loves fish fingers. Especially the feline family members who are not supposed to eat them...
This is one of the rare occasions, where my boyfriend actually cooks. Last time he got adventurous, put some cheese on top of the fish fingers and put this under the grill. Nice!

i know this great recipe for an all-in-one-sponge-cake:
220g self raising flour
220g butter
220g caster sugar
4 eggs
3-4 drops of vannila essence
bake for 40-50 mins and leave to cool .

1. Get 2 slices of soft white or brown bread and butter it.
2. Slice cheese of your choice.
3. Add cheese to one slice of bread and put other slice on top (please ensure the butter is on the inside)
4. Push down
5. Enjoy. Happy Days

Hi Jamie, We TiVo your show "Jamie at Home" and have loved every recipe we have tried (also, your cookbook recipes are always a hit). Unfortunately, we deleted an episode of your show that had shimp skewered and grilled for a short time, then finished off in a "throwaway" pan, with red bell peppers and other stuff. Can we possibly get that recipe from you? Or anyone else who may have it?
Also, we noticed no new episodes in the future. When are you coming back? We miss you!!
Hi Jamie: I recently caught the last bit of a recipe on Food TV. The base looked like green beans and other julienned veggies with a vinagrette dressing, topped with scallops wrapped in bacon and pinned with rosemary stalks. Hope you can help me to find this recipe.

If you change the tomato ketchup with tartar sauce and add some gherkins, it would be like filet O Fish at Mc Donald :-)
