I'm an ex-Brit from long, long ago and now live in a far, far away land - Canada! I watch your show on the Food channel (love it) and often see you refer to creme freche but I'm not sure what that is. I don't seem to be able to find it here over here and wonder if there is a substitute that I can use.

My sister is such a fan of yours. She is one to buy all your cook books, thats how I got started as a first time cook. So you can say that you are my inspiration to venture boldly into cooking. Well I am not yet an excellent cook yet as I still burn the dish that I am preparing.
I would really like some easy receipes that is not so time consuming and easy to prepare. Kindly let me know, so everyone that iI know won't think I am such a bad cook, where can I obtain your next cook book with easy to prepared receipes.
