  • ½ pomegrante
  • 2cm piece of ginger
  • 1 lime
  • ice cubes

Method

  1. Hold the pomegranate cut side down in your fingers and bash the back of it with a spoon so the seeds tumble into a jug.
  2. Finely grate in some peeled ginger, then slice and add the lime.
  3. Add loads of ice, then top up with water.
