1 Earl Grey teabag

50g unsweetened dried banana

50g dried dates

50g pecan nuts

150g wholemeal self-raising flour

50g rye flour

1 level teaspoon baking powder

2 large ripe bananas

2 large eggs

50ml maple syrup

4 tablespoons olive oil

FOR EACH PORTION

1 ripe peach or nectarine

balsamic vinegar

1 heaped tablespoon natural yoghurt
