2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
cayenne pepper
2 x 120g skinless free-range chicken breasts
2 thick slices of wholemeal bread
8 fresh bay leaves
2 blood oranges (use regular oranges if out of season)
100g baby spinach
1 lemon
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
20g feta cheese
