3cm piece of cucumber
1 small ripe pear
2 spring onions
½ a little gem lettuce
2 sprigs of fresh tarragon
2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon English mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
cayenne pepper
150g leftover free-range cooked skinless chicken breast
2 super-thick slices of wholemeal bread
1 ripe beef tomato
2 small handfuls of watercress
½ a lemon
