1 clove of garlic

50g light cream cheese

1 lemon

30g Parmesan cheese

4 sprigs of fresh flat-leaf parsley

4 x 120g skinless chicken breasts

2 slices of wholemeal bread (50g each)

olive oil

50g plain flour

1 large egg

650g new potatoes

650g mixed veg, such as small carrots, peas, tenderstem broccoli, sugar snap peas

extra virgin olive oil
