25ml Bacardi 8 rum
25ml Earl Grey tea (cold)
12.5ml Cognac
12.5ml apricot brandy liqueur
10ml spiced sugar syrup (see below)
½ a lemon
1 orange
SPICED SUGAR SYRUP
4 tablespoons demerara sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 cloves
