Adding lovely base flavour here, peanut butter is high in the B-vitamin biotin, which we need in order for our nervous systems to function properly, and for strong, healthy, luscious locks.
Recipe From
500g large raw peeled prawns
2 mixed-colour peppers
2 red onions
2 fresh Scotch bonnet chillies
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
olive oil
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
600g ripe tomatoes
500ml chicken or veg stock
1 tablespoon peanut butter
300g basmati rice
170g okra
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
