Ingredients

200g unsalted butter, at room temperature

3 tablespoons runny honey

Top Tip

To store, place the butter in the centre of a piece of greaseproof paper. Fold the paper over and roll it around until you have an even-sized log, twist up the ends to seal, then pop in the fridge or freezer until needed.

Method

  1. Beat the butter in a bowl until really smooth. Add the honey and a pinch of sea salt, and beat until combined.
  2. Your salted honey butter is good to go! Spread it on toast, crumpets or pancakes, or try it in baking.
