100g dried apricots
1 litre cow’s or nut milk
2 ripe bananas
1 orange
1 fresh bay leaf
1 vanilla pod
500g porridge oats
FOR EACH PORTION
2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
½ an eating apple or pear
1 teaspoon mixed unsalted nuts
1 teaspoon mixed seeds
1 handful of seasonal berries
