50g mixed seeds, such as chia, poppy, sunflower, sesame, linseed, pumpkin
100g mixed dried fruit, such as blueberries, cranberries, sour cherries, mango, apricots, figs, sultanas
1 heaped teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 orange
2 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon runny honey
175g porridge oats
10g oat bran
