50g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
75g dried cranberries
75g mixed peel
150g golden caster sugar
1 heaped tablespoon plain flour
150ml double cream
100g flaked almonds
40g sunflower seeds
40g sesame seeds
200g quality dark chocolate (70%)
