Recipe From
300g fregola or giant wholewheat couscous
1 lemon
1 orange
extra virgin olive oil
4 spring onions
4 spears of asparagus
2 sticks of celery
1 courgette
1 red pepper
1 fresh red chilli
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
1 bunch of fresh mint (30g)
1 eating apple
1 handful of radishes
120g thinly sliced bresaola
30g feta cheese
1 pomegranate
