4 large ripe mixed-colour tomatoes
8 black olives (stone in)
extra virgin olive oil
½ a lemon
150g dried wholewheat spaghetti
40g tinned sardines in oil
1 clove of garlic
dried red chilli flakes
1 slice of seeded wholemeal bread
20g feta or ricotta cheese
2 sprigs of fresh basil
