150g dried wholewheat spaghetti
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
1 lemon
1 pinch of dried red chilli flakes
4 anchovy fillets in oil, from sustainable sources
200g sprouting broccoli
2 heaped tablespoons cottage cheese
