I had to do this salad, even though cress must be one of the tackiest things in the world. For some reason I’m absolutely addicted to it and love it to bits. This is one of my favourite combinations.

800g new potatoes, scrubbed
1 ripe avocado
3 packs of cress
extra virgin olive oil
1–2 lemons
