2 carrots
2 sticks of celery
olive oil
1.2 litres veg stock
1 x 400g tin of plum tomatoes
1 bunch of fresh basil (30g)
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
300g Arborio risotto rice
1⁄2 a fresh red chilli
300g cottage cheese
