CREAMY BASIL DRESSING
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 sprigs of fresh basil
¼ of a fresh red chilli
TOASTED SEED MIX
a selection of your favourite seeds, such as sunflower, poppy, sesame, linseed
GEM LETTUCE, RADISH, PEA & CLEMENTINE SALAD
1 little gem lettuce
2 radishes, quartered
1 small handful of freshly podded peas
1 clementine, segmented
2 sprigs of fresh basil
ROUND LETTUCE, FENNEL, BLUEBERRY & CHILLI SALAD
½ a round lettuce
¼ of a bulb of fennel
25g blueberries
1 pinch of dried red chilli flakes
GEM LETTUCE, CUCUMBER, APPLIE & MINT SALAD
1 little gem lettuce
4cm chunk of cucumber
½ a small apple
2 sprigs of fresh mint
