Recipe From
CREAMY MINT DRESSING
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 sprigs of fresh mint
¼ of a fresh red chilli
TOASTED NUT MIX
a selection of your favourite shelled unsalted nuts, such as walnuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts
ICEBERG LETTUCE, COURGETTE, PEAR & DILL SALAD
¼ of an iceberg lettuce
2 baby courgettes
½ a pear
2 sprigs of fresh dill
ROUND LETTUCE, ASPARAGUS, STRAWBERRY & MINT SALAD
½ a round lettuce
5 small strawberries
3 spears of asparagus
2 sprigs of fresh mint
ICEBERG LETTUCE, BROAD BEAN, GRAPE & TARRAGON SALAD
¼ of an iceberg lettuce
1 small handful of freshly podded broad beans
6 grapes, whole or halved
2 sprigs of fresh tarragon
