1–2 slices of rye bread (150g)
1 rasher of higher-welfare smoked streaky bacon
olive oil
2 small cloves of garlic
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
100g baby spinach
1 large or 2 small roasted peeled red peppers in brine
300g mixed sprouts, such as alfalfa, lentil, chickpea, mung bean
30g feta cheese
