Recipe From
800g new potatoes
4 large free-range eggs
200g fine green beans
1 bunch of asparagus (350g)
6 heaped tablespoons natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 teaspoons jarred grated horseradish
1 bunch of fresh chives (30g)
1 lemon
4 x 70g smoked trout fillets, from sustainable sources
100g raw mixed-colour baby beets
