400g mixture of carrots, potatoes and swede
½ a bunch of fresh chives (15g)
2 heaped tablespoons natural yoghurt
olive oil
2 x 180g darnes of salmon, skin on, scaled and bone in, from sustainable sources
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
300g frozen peas
1 lemon
