1 sweet potato (250g)
olive oil
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 small wholemeal tortillas
4 spring onions
1 fresh red chilli
½ a bunch of fresh coriander (15g)
750g ripe tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
½ x 660g jar or 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas
30g feta cheese
1 lime
