2 x 200g sweet potatoes
100g brown rice
250g ripe mixed-colour tomatoes
2 spring onions
1 x 200g jar of jalapeños
½ a bunch of fresh coriander (15g)
1 red onion
olive oil
1 level teaspoon cumin seeds
1 x 400g tin of black beans
2 heaped teaspoons cottage cheese
