Method

  1. Besorgen Sie 3 große Hand voll Cavolo nero (Schwarzkohl), Mangold oder anderes grünes Blattgemüse. Die Blätter von dem Strunk ablösen. In einem Topf Salzwasser und 3 geschälte Knoblauchzehen zum Kochen bringen und das Gemüse darin weich garen. Abseihen, abkühlen lassen und das restliche Wasser ausdrücken. Den zerdrückten Knoblauch, bestes Olivenöl, etwas Salz und frisch gemahlenen schwarzen Pfeffer untermischen. Auf den heißen Crostini verteilen und vor dem Servieren mit weiterem Öl und ein wenig Zitronensaft beträufeln.
