100g quality white chocolate
200g quality dark chocolate (70%)
200ml maple syrup
4 large free-range eggs
100g plain flour
100g quality cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting
1 teaspoon baking powder
100g macadamia nuts
100g dried sour cherries
