1 large butternut squash (1.5kg)

½ a bunch of fresh thyme (15g)

2 heaped teaspoons harissa

olive oil

2 onions

1 fresh red chilli

3 oranges

2 litres organic veg stock

1 x 660g jar of quality chickpeas

1 large red onion

red wine vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

1 big bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley (60g)

3 tablespoons whole almonds

6 small wholewheat flatbreads
