4 mixed-colour fresh chillies
3 x 5cm pieces of ginger
1 bulb of garlic
1 bunch of spring onions
½ a bunch of fresh coriander (15g)
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
low-salt soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
hot chilli sauce
400g brown rice
1 cucumber
