There’s nothing easier and more sociable than a good, hearty pot of chilli to feed your friends or family. Celebrating a whole rainbow of veggies, and making brilliant use of those lovely turkey leftovers, this version is sure to please.
Recipe From
1 butternut squash (1.2kg)
olive oil
2 heaped teaspoons ground cumin
2 heaped teaspoons smoked paprika
2 red onions
2 carrots
2 mixed-colour peppers
1 bunch of fresh coriander (30g)
2 cloves of garlic
2 fresh red chillies
1 tablespoon runny honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chipotle Tabasco sauce
500g leftover cooked higher-welfare turkey meat
2 x 400g tins of plum tomatoes
1 x 400g tin of butter beans
2 limes
