50ml of tequila

20ml of Cointreau

35ml freshly squeezed lime juice

2 teaspoons of strawberry jam

ice cubes

Top Tip

If you want to make multiple drinks at once, batch up the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and jam. To get ahead, batch and store in the fridge overnight.

Method

Mix the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and strawberry jam, then pour through a sieve into a tumbler filled with ice.
