Inspired by the blood and sand cocktail, named after Rudolph Valentino’s film of the same name.

Ingredients
1 orange
30ml Dewar’s Scotch whisky
20ml Martini Rosso
10ml mirto liqueur
Method
- Place 20ml of orange juice and the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a grating of orange zest.
