1 x 300g bream, scaled, gutted and scored at 2cm intervals, from sustainable sources
150g brown rice noodles
2 cloves of garlic
5cm piece of ginger
1 fresh red chilli
100g tenderstem broccoli
100g asparagus
100g baby corn
4 spring onions
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 lime
low-salt soy sauce
