2 large handfuls of mixed seasonal greens, such as chard, spinach, kale
150g green lentils
extra virgin olive oil
red wine vinegar
Tabasco sauce
2 x 350g whole hot-smoked trout or 200g skinless hot-smoked trout fillets, from sustainable sources
1 teaspoon jarred grated horseradish
1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
100g ripe cherry tomatoes
