800g mixed fish fillets and seafood, such as red mullet, halibut, scallops, squid tubes

1 lemon

1 lime

sweet smoked paprika

3 mixed-colour peppers

2 red onions

800g ripe mixed-colour tomatoes

1 fresh Scotch bonnet chilli

1 x 400ml tin of light coconut milk

olive oil

1 bunch of fresh coriander (30g)

450g brown rice

6 tablespoons natural yoghurt
