2 x 400g tins of prunes in natural juice
2 Earl Grey teabags
1 pinch of ground cloves
2cm piece of ginger
FOR EACH PORTION
1 thick slice of seeded wholemeal bread
1 tablespoon flaked almonds
½ a banana
1 heaped tablespoon Greek yoghurt
