This is up there with the Formula One of burgers that you can get your naughty little hands on in restaurants, burger bars and on street food stalls, up and down the UK. I’ve taken the winning combo of lamb and blue cheese, and hit it up with crunchy apple, spinach, quick pickled red onion and jalapeños and it eats like . . . a . . . dream.
