
Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes (600g)
olive oil
½ teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
Method
- Wash the potatoes (there’s no need to peel them), then cut them lengthways into 1cm-thick chips.
- Place the potatoes in the large drawer of the air fryer* with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the sweet smoked paprika and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then toss to coat.
- Cook for 20 minutes at 190°C, or until golden and cooked through, shaking halfway. These are perfect served with anything from grilled chicken to homemade burgers, or served on a big platter for a party snack.
*Tested in a 4.2-litre air fryer. All air fryers are different, so results may vary.
