groundnut oil
200g firm silken tofu
300g mixed exotic mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
4cm piece of ginger
4 spring onions
150g sugar snap peas
1 x 250g pack of cooked brown basmati rice
2 heaped teaspoons sesame seeds
2 large eggs
hot chilli sauce
1 tablespoon low-salt soy sauce
1 lime
